Creating a responsive design ensured that the website adapts seamlessly to various screen sizes and resolutions.

Security: Security is paramount for any ecommerce website, not just ours. To protect customer data and transactions we use SSL encryption to secure sensitive information during transmission, we also implement strong password policies, and regularly update WordPress core, themes, and plugins to patch security vulnerabilities.

SEO-Friendly: Optimising our ecommerce website for search engines has obviously helped improve its visibility and attract organic traffic. Ensuring that product pages, category pages, and metadata are optimised for relevant keywords, and use SEO plugins like Rank Math SEO to assist with on-page optimisation is an ongoing task but one that is vital to our website’s online presence.

Analytics and Reporting: Integrating analytic tools such as Google Analytics to track our websites traffic, user behaviour, and sales performance allows us to analyse our insights and helps identify areas for improvement. It also helps inform future strategic decision-making for our overall marketing strategy and product development.

Customer Support and Communication: We were keen to offer clear channels for customer support and communication, such as live chat, contact forms, and FAQ sections. Promptly address customer enquiries and concerns allows us to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
